1. Cancellations Before the Survey

• If you cancel your booking before the survey is carried out, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

• To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@msc-property-surveys.co.uk.

2. After the Survey Has Been Completed

• Once a survey has been completed, no refunds will be given. This is because the service has been provided in full.

3. Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule your survey appointment, please email us at info@msc-property-surveys.co.uk.

• We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
