• You must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.

• Failure to provide access may result in additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
